We had to sort the drinks on to the right card.
We can drink milk or water every day.
Flavoured milk, flavoured water and fruit juice have lots of sugar. We can drink them sometimes.Coke has 16 teaspoons of sugar! Kim told us that Powerade is for people like the All Blacks who do lots of sport. These are drinks that are not good for children. We learned that we can have better drinks like milk or water. Water is also free from the tap!
