Anzac activities.

The day started with breakfast at school, a walk to the Cenotath to place our poppies, a visit to the park to see the soldier's memorial tree and a service at school after lunch. What a busy but memorable day.

Our Wreath

We used our finger paint poppies to make the wreath. It looks amazing!

Anzac Poppies

 We painted beautiful poppies with our fingers. Red poppies grow in Flanders Field in Gallipoli.

Anzac Biscuits

We made Anzac biscuits, they were delicious!

 

Anzac Day

We have been making poppies and looking at the uniforms soldiers wore in the War.

Slippers

We all have winter slippers this term.
