Fonterra Milk in School.

We had our first Fonterra Milk in School today. Room 8, our buddy class, listened to our reading and then helped us fold our milk carton. It was a bit tricky. Tamihana was a whizz, he folded it super fast!

Harlem is allergic to milk. He had to take the photos for our blog. He took some cool photos. Well done Harlem!

Laptops.

The older children had to reach the younger children how to use the laptops today. They had to teach a buddy how to get onto the class blog, log onto STUDYLADDER, do a maths activity and a jigsaw puzzle. They had to log out, search for Kidpix and teach the buddy how to use this. Mrs TB said the older children were really good teachers!

Science Week

Room 11 made Gloop. We had to make a space ship to land on the gloop.

Gloop Recipe

1 cup cornflour

1/2 cup water

Mix together with your fingers.

Room 2

Room 2 came to read us their stories. They were about their mum or their dad.

Kids Can Cook

The Kids Can Cook kitchen came to school. Tameika was the Sous Chef. She helped Chris make the French Crepes. We had fun. We had a taste of the crepes. Some people liked the savoury taste.
