Praying Mantis

We saw a praying mantis in class. Mikayla and Ebony-Louise found it at their house. It is an insect, it has 6 legs. We put it on the plant so it can eat.

Easter Cards

We made Easter cards. We put glitter on the Easter basket.

Buddy Reading

Look at us. We are reading to our buddies from Room 8.

 

Slippers

We have slippers for Winter. Aaron Walter's grandma knitted slippers for our class. We keep them in our chairbag at school.

 

Enviro Garden

We have passionfruit in the enviro garden. We had a taste. They were very sweet.

 Whaea Louise wipes the white butterflies eggs off the cauliflower leaves. The eggs turn into caterpillars and the caterpillars eat the leaves.

 The passionfruit grow on a vine.

 The skins go in the compost bin.

 The compost goes in the worm farm.

 We are getting ready to read to our buddy class, Room 8. Every Friday we will read to Room 8 and they will read to us.
