Monarch Butterflies
2 Monarch butterflies hatched out of their chrysalis today. They were black. We could see the golden bits on their wings.

Our Paintings
We have been learning all about us. We painted self portraits. We used hot and cold colours. We mixed the colours with white. They look pretty neat! Come and see them in Room 3.

The School Playground
We can all use both of the playgrounds at Firth School. We had some time by ourselves on the first day. It was heaps of fun!
